Due to the nature of our business, many of our items originate from overseas and internationally. This means that shipping times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these challenging times.

We have partnered with various shipping companies to provide you with the most reasonable rates and expedited shipping options. For domestic delivery within the United States, we primarily use USPS and UPS as our carriers. For international orders, we work with trusted carriers to ensure your package reaches you safely.

Please note that shipping times are dependent on product availability, as well as distribution locations and times. We strive to ship your order from the distribution center closest to your delivery address, whenever possible. However, there may be instances where your order consists of items shipped from different centers, resulting in separate shipments and potentially longer delivery times.

During the checkout process, you will have the option to choose expedited shipping for an additional fee. Please keep in mind that the expedited shipping time begins after your item has cleared customs and is in the possession of the final carrier. The estimated delivery times provided at checkout do not include processing times or shipment from origin countries outside of the United States.

We want to remind our international customers that your country may charge duties on your shipment. These duties are usually payable upon delivery and are determined by factors such as the destination country, origin country, product type, and product value. Any additional shipping charges, fees, and tariffs will be calculated and added at checkout, if applicable.

It is important to note that the Covid-19 pandemic has caused workplace restrictions and reduced workforce capacity in distribution centers. This has resulted in delays in processing orders and shipments. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and assure you that we are actively working to minimize these delays.

If you choose to return a product, please be aware that you will be responsible for any shipping and handling costs associated with the return. For orders with multiple items, each item will need to be returned to the individual manufacturer as a separate shipment. Please refer to our Return Policy for more detailed information.
